Tips Custom : Tips Membuat Sound Custom by Ade Van Noes

Welcome Februari....kabar baik datang dari teman kita Mas Ade Van Noes yang telah berbaik hati membagikan tips custom Diecast. Tips kali ini yakni cara membuat sound mobil yang bisa kita lihat seperti foto di bawah ini :
Pertama bahan-bahan yang dibutuhkan adalah Stik Es Krim, Lem Alteco Epo Putty, dan Kawat Kumparan.
Step - step :
1. Stik Es Krim dipotong dan digabung sesuai dengan ukuran dimana sound akan diletakkan, lalu lubangi sesuai keinginan (pembuatan lubang bisa dengan menggunakan pahat, amplas dan bor).
2. Setelah lubang selesai dibuat langkah selanjutnya adalah membuat efek sound yang cekung dengan cara menambahkan lem Epo Putty yang sudah diracik pada setiap lubang-lubang tersebut. Sesuaikan bentuk sound baik kecekunganya maupun kecembunganya menurut selera masing-masing.
3. Setelah lem Epo Putty mengeras (kurang lebih 1 jam) langkah selanjutnya tambahkan kawat kumparan disekitar bibir sound agar terlihat seperti efek lips pada sound.
4. Warnai setiap Sound yang sudah dibuat dengan keinginan kita, jika ingin menonjolkan texture kayu bagian selain sound cukup dipernis saja.
5. Pasangkan ke mobil custom.
